It follows the arrest of her husband, former Seattle Seahawks NFL player Jerramy Stevens, on suspicion of driving under the influence According to TMZ Sports, citing law enforcement sources, Stevens was stopped just before 2 a.m., refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. TMZ also reported that Solo was in the car with Stevens and that both were allegedly acting belligerent with the arresting officers. Solo was not arrested or detained.
